Girls’ Generation’s recently wrapped up first Japan Arena Tour has proven to be immensely popular in the country.
Despite having to release their first full-length Japanese album, perform in Paris with SMTOWN as well as take part in their Korean scheduled activities, the members managed to successfully wrap up their tour with positive reviews.”
Each concert lasted three hours and included a total of 32 songs. Although their perfect performances and flashy production sets were well-received, the Japanese media instead chose to focus on the girls’ tears. Tiffany and Yuri commented that “It was our dream to hold a national tour. Thank you for giving us so much love”. The girls couldn’t hold back their tears and cried, further expressing their sincere feelings. Oricon further praised them, saying “The members’ tears shined brightly.”
