CNBLUE and FT Island for KHFI Hunger Relief Campaign

On June 13 2011, Korea Food For The Hungry International (KHFI – http://eng.kfhi.or.kr/) uploaded videos of CNBLUE and FT ISland promoting the hunger relief campaign in Cote d’Ivoire. Here’s a little bit of information about KHFI.
Food for the Hungry International was founded in 1971 as a Christian NGO to raise awareness of poverty and hunger around the world, bring food and love to the hungry with the spirit of bread and gospel and help them build secure, self-sufficient communities.
FHI is registered as consultative status, category Roster with the United Nations Economic and Social Council [UNECOSOC] and serves in poverty-stricken communities and countries around the globe by sending professionally trained “Hunger Corps” for emergency relief and development programs.
In 1989, Korea Food for the Hungry International, as the first officially registered overseas aid NGO, spearheaded Korea from receiving to giving nation. Today, KFHI supports domestic social welfare of broken homes, elderly, handicapped through regional offices and welfare facilities and water development, meal programs and North Korea program as well.
Now, 1,131 Hunger Corps and 4,500 staffs are committed to various development projects and emergency aid in 80 countries of all over the world.

SNSD are glamorous even in their plain clothes, and their unpainted faces.

SNSD left Gimpo International Airport on the 16 to attend the ‘Arena Tour’ in Japan. They dressed pleasantly plain, and covered their unpainted faces with caps, and big framed sun-glasses.
Yuri, Yoona, and Jessica wore black caps, and Tiffany wore a gray fedora. Seohyun, Sooyoung,Hyoyeon, and Tiffany successfully covered their unpainted faces with sun-glasses. Tiffany, and Yuri attracted attention by revealing their beautiful legs by wearing hot-pants.
Moreover, Sooyoung matched her gray tone maxi-dress with blue sneakers. Her perfect body is the envy of the world.
On the contrary, Taeyeon, and Sunny left an impression by exposing their faces without makeup. Taeyeon showed her casual look with a mint colored round T-shirt, and cropped pants, but raised a good laugh by covering her face when confronted with the reporters.

KARA and SNSD ranks in top 5 for Oricon’s karaoke chart

It looks like Japan loves to sing KARA and SNSD songs in the karaoke room!
On June 15th, the results for the most requested songs in Japanese karaoke rooms for the first half of 2011 were revealed through Japan’s Oricon homepage.
KARA’s ‘Mister‘ placed 2nd on the chart, while SNSD’s ‘Gee‘ placed 5th, once again proving the popularity of Korean girl groups in Japan.

2AM’s Jinwoon to make his solo debut as a rock singer

2AM's youngest member Jinwoon is finally achieving his childhood dream of becoming a rock star.

Producer Bang Shi Hyuk revealed yesterday on Big Hit Entertainment's website that Jinwoon would be releasing his first solo album, and that his debut performance will be held at the Jisan Valley Rock Festival.
Upon hearing the news fans commented, "Jung Jinwoon's rock festival stage, I'm so looking forward to it."
Bang Shi Hyuk will also be working on a new 2AM album, in addition to future solo projects from 2AM's Changmin and 8Eight's Lee Hyun.
